A new fleet accident and repair product has been launched by Ctrack and Artura.
It combines Ctrack’s dashcam technology with Artura’s incident management system.
Incident notifications via the camera system, backed by a driver reporting app, are designed to streamline the claims process and capture the evidence needed to quickly determine who was at fault in an incident. This is said to enable robust claims intervention and defence that prevents escalating third-party costs, helps reduce insurance premiums, and supports swift vehicle recovery and repair.
Ctrack UK managing director Steve Thomas said: “By teaming up with Artura, we can deliver genuine value to fleets looking to improve their claims and incident management.
“As a key part of the partnership, we have develop the integrated accident and repair solution that will provide a rapid response when it matters, enabling fleets to protect both their bottom line and productivity levels.”
Artura group commercial director Alan Atkins said: “This is an exciting opportunity for us to deliver comprehensive accident and repair support by combining the proven expertise of both Ctrack and Artura.
“Those fleets taking advantage of our integrated approach will gain unrivalled fleet protection, along with a host of financial and operational benefits.”
