Europcar has signed a deal with All Fleet Services to manage tyre replacement for its fleet of 50,000 rental vehicles in the UK.
Europcar said the deal was to ensure vehicles in its fleet are optimised with as little down-time as possible.
All Fleet Services will provide a call handling facility to manage tyre replacement for Europcar customers.
Europcar also recently launched a trial of its breakdown service in Scotland designed to help customers stranded in more remote locations.
Europcar offers its Roadside Assistance Express service at the time of the rental and guarntee a replacement vehicle to be brought to them if their car suffers a failure, rather than waiting for the vehicle to be recovered at the closest Europcar branch.
