Ford has named Lisa Brankin as its new sales director in the UK.
In her new role, Brankin will be responsible for all of Ford’s sales channels, including fleet sales.
She is currently the firm’s marketing director, and was previously director of dealer operations.
Brankin, who originally joined Ford as a graduate trainee, will continue to report to the firm’s UK chairman and managing director, Andy Barratt, who said: “Lisa has shown great leadership as our marketing lead in the UK over the past three years, and I know she is the right person to take on the challenges and opportunities on the sales front in what is Ford’s largest market in Europe,”
Brankin will begin her new role on 1 January 2019, replacing Kevin Griffin, who is retiring from Ford after more than 40 years with the company, with previous roles including UK director of fleet sales.
Barratt said: “Throughout his career, Kevin has displayed tremendous passion and dedication to the Ford brand, our vehicles, and to building strong relationships with our customers and dealer partners.
“We all wish him every happiness in his retirement.”
