Honda has appointed Ed Hummel as its new fleet boss, replacing Graham Avent, who left the company just before Christmas.
Hummel moves after working for Volkswagen since 2004, where he has been national leasing manager for the last three years, and slots in as corporate operations boss.
Avent quit Honda in December after nearly three years in the role to join a veterinary practice, and his departure sparked a reshuffle in the Honda corporate department, with Oliver Parsons becoming national leasing and SMR manager and Gail Chambers replacing Parsons as national corporate sales manager. Both will report into Hummel.
