The Institute of Car Fleet Management has announced its annual National Members’ Conference will take place on 13 November at the Mini Plant in Oxford.
Celebrating 20 years of the organisation, the main focus will be key trends in urban mobility and how it will be affected by technology, Government, planning, sustainability and by energy.
The session will be led by Stephen Glaister CBE, professor of transport and infrastructure at the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, Imperial College London, and a former board member of Transport for London and director of the RAC Foundation.
It will be followed by a group of panellists debating “what lessons can be drawn from the past 20 years and how the next 20 years might look,” said the ICFM.
Veteran motorsports presenter Murray Walker OBE will be the conference guest speaker and will also present the ICFM awards.
Members can register their free attendance before 5 November at www.icfm.com.
