Kia has confirmed UK specs and prices for the range-topping, performance versions of its EV6 and EV9 models.
The GT versions of the cars, which are available to order now, feature a dual motor set-up, producing a combined 641bhp with the EV6, and 502bhp with the EV9. Acceleration times from 0-62mph are 3.5 seconds and 4.6 seconds respectively.
The EV6 GT has an 84kWh battery pack, allowing a range between charges of up to 279 miles on the official WLTP combined cycle, while the EV9 GT has a 99.8kWh battery pack, giving a range of up to 280 miles.
Both models come with Virtual Gear Shift technology, simulating a six-speed paddle-operated transmission.
Prices for the EV6 GT start at £59,985 – a reduction of £2,690 compared with the pre-facelift version of the model – while the EV9 GT is priced from £82,185.
