Remarketing company Manheim has appointed two new directors to join the firm.
Martin Forbes joins as the managing director of Manheim Retail Services, while Tim Hudson joins as the managing director of Manheim Remarketing Services.
Forbes brings digital marketing experience to the business, having spent eight years at the top of two media companies. Most recently he was group chief executive officer of digital agency Stink, prior to which he was managing director of Vibrant Media Inc.
Hudson was the chief executive of Manheim’s Asian operations for the last two years. Prior to this, he was managing director of Aston Barclay and also spent eight years at leading firm Leaseplan, where he was latterly the managing director.
The two new recruits will report to Michael Buxton who joined the firm in September 2014, and will take up their new roles in the first quarter of 2015.
Manheim promoted Buxton to the role of chief executive officer over its operations in the UK in September.
Buxton will continue to report into John Bailey, whose responsibilities at the global automotive services company have been expanded, as he recently stepped up to a new role as executive vice president of international operations within parent company Cox Automotive.
