Nissan has confirmed UK prices for its new Micra small EV.

The model will be available with a choice of 40kWh and 52kWh battery packs, offering official ranges of up to 198 miles and 260 miles respectively, and with Engage, Advanced, and Evolve equipment grades.

Prices will start at £22,995 for a 40kWh Engage, and rise to £24,995 for a 40kWh Advanced, £26,995 for a 52kWh Advanced, and £29,865 for a 52kWh Evolve.

Standard equipment with the Engage grade will include a 7in driver display, a 10.1in infotainment screen, automatic air conditioning, and a heat pump.

Further features with the Advance grade will include alloy wheels, built-in Google services, wireless smartphone charging, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, selectable drive modes, ambient lighting, front parking sensors, and a reversing camera.

Extra equipment with the Evolve grade will include a Harman Kardon sound system, e-pedal function, two-tone paint, the ProPilot driver assist system with Navi-link, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. 

UK orders for the new Micra will open on 1 September.
