Fleet telematics company Masternaut has appointed Olivier Mansard as its new senior vice president of global sales.
Mansard joins the firm from Sap France, a software organisation, where he was head of cloud and line of business.
Prior to his stint at Sap, he worked at Experian for 11 years where he was senior vice president for sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Masternaut claimed it has the largest research and development team in Europe, which has doubled in the last year in order to create new telematics offerings.
“Olivier is an exciting addition to the Masternaut family who brings with him a wealth of experience in leading international sales organisations, at a time when we are aggressively expanding,” said CEO of Masternaut, Dhruv Parekh. “Masternaut is investing heavily in people and processes, to help deliver an experience that delights our customers. Olivier will bring in a fresh perspective. His expertise will help grow the sales team and build on the culture of success within the company.”
The company claimed its customers – of which there are more than 10,000 in the UK – saves an average of £55 per vehicle per month in fuel costs by using the firm’s telematics system.
Masternaut is backed financially by Fleetcor, owners of fuel card giant Allstar Business Solutions.
