Nissan has announced that the 75kWh battery version of its new third-generation Leaf EV is eligible for the UK Government’s full £3,750 Electric Car Grant.
Including the grant, prices will start at £32,249 with the Engage equipment grade, rising to £33,149 with the Engage+ grade, £34,249 with the Advance grade, and £36,249 with the Evolve grade.
The Leaf is the fourth model to become eligible for the full £3,750 grant, joining the Citroen E-C5 Aircross Long Range, the Ford E-Tourneo Courier, and the Ford Puma Gen-E.
The new Leaf is on sale now, with the first customer deliveries scheduled for February.
The Leaf will also be available with a 52kWh battery option. Pricing for this is yet to be announced.
