Ogilvie Fleet has announced changes to its leadership team, including a new chairman and managing director.

Former managing director Gordon Stephen has been named as chairman, with Nick Hardy replacing him as MD, stepping up from sales and marketing director.

Ogilvie has also announced that Jill Stephen moves from being customer services director to operations director, while Ashley Crookes, formerly director of sales – North, replaces Hardy as sales and marketing director.

Former head of salary sacrifice Richard Jessop becomes director of sales – North, while Andy Stephen becomes technology and systems director.

Hardy said: “It’s a real honour to take on this role. Gordon has built something truly special at Ogilvie Fleet – an organisation defined by its people, values and commitment to our customers. 

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to build on that legacy and guide us into the next chapter of growth and success.”

Gordon Stephen said: “I have had an incredible career with Ogilvie Fleet and we have achieved so many great things, building the business up to what it is today. 

“I’ve worked with a brilliant group of people and leave the future of the business in the extremely capable hands of Nick and his senior leadership team.”
