How next year’s London Olympic Games will impact on “business mobility” and trends in forecasting future RVs are included in the agenda for ACFO’S annual conference and AGM being held at the Heritage Motor Museum Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire on 17 May.
Sponsored by Kia Motors Business, the conference will feature guest speakers including David Silvey, road freight interface manager for the Olympic Delivery Authority, who has been asked to provide “an insight into the impact of next year’s Olympic Games on business travel”.
Mark Norman, operational development manager for CAP Motor Research, will deal with the challenges of forecasting future vehicle RVs and environmental expert Don Potts is due to “bring some blue-sky thinking to the green debate”.
ACFO’s AGM could elect two new directors to its six-strong board following the retirement by rotation of Brian Ingham and Phil Redman, but both men are offering themselves for re-election.
