Pendragon Contracts has extended its 10-year agreement for the supply of rental vehicles by another 12 months. Part of the agreement will see seven Europcar staff stationed at Pendragon’s offices to handle the firm’s customer enquiries. The UK’s number 22 leasing firm is also looking to grow the number of ‘rental days’ and associated revenue from the rental service.
“The long-established relationship we share with Europcar is testament to the fact that the company understands completely the requirements of our motorist customers, and we are confident our collaboration will continue to serve their daily and flexible rental demands effectively,” said Neal Francis, managing director at Pendragon Contracts.
