Polyco Healthline has begun offering a salary sacrifice scheme provided by JCT600 VLS to its employees.

The PPE and hygiene products supplier has been a JCT600 VLS customer since 2008, with the partnership expanding to a sole supply agreement in 2019 for the company’s business contract hire fleet of around 30 vehicles.

JCT600 VLS is said to have worked closely with Polyco Healthline’s team to implement the scheme through a phased approach, with a soft launch over the summer followed by a full scheme launch with a roadshow event at Polyco Healthline’s Bourne site, including vehicle test drives.

Polyco Healthline strategic pricing and service manager Anthony Smart said: “Having worked with JCT600 VLS for more than 17 years, we had complete confidence in the team’s ability and experience to deliver this new fleet provision for us.

“The feedback from employees so far on the enhanced benefits package and new salary sacrifice scheme has been overwhelmingly positive.

“The implementation and launch of the scheme were seamless, and the JCT600 VLS was on hand every step of the way to advise and guide us through it.”

JCT600 VLS managing director Ben Creswick said: “Polyco Healthline is the perfect example of how we like to operate – building long-standing relationships and trust over time but continually adapting to their changing business needs.

“When Polyco Healthline wanted to enhance its employee benefits package, we were able to move quickly because that foundation was already in place.

“The success of the launch event and the immediate employee engagement show how salary sacrifice schemes can genuinely enhance benefits offerings when implemented effectively.”
