Mercedes-Benz has announced UK prices for its fully electric EQC, which is available to order now.
The new model, the first from Mercedes’s new EQ electric range, will be available in four equipment grades – Sport, AMG Line, AMG Line Premium and AMG Line Premium Plus – along with two special editions – Edition 1 and Edition 1886.
All have the same electric powertrain, with an output of 408hp and a range of 259 miles on a WLTP cycle, thanks to an 80kWh battery.
Standard equipment with Sport grade includes: the MBUX infotainment system, a 10.25in touchscreen display and instrument cluster, active parking assist with reversing camera, blind spot assist, keyless go, multibeam LED headlights, heated front seats with electro-pneumatic four-way lumbar support, and 19in alloy wheels.
Stepping up to AMG Line grade adds equipment including a black radiator grille, sports seats, carbon fibre trim, running boards and 20in alloy wheels.
AMG Line Premium adds further kit including an electric sliding roof, Burmester surround sound system, augmented sat-nav, smartphone integration and wireless charging.
AMG Line Premium Plus grade, which tops the regular range, adds further features including the MBUX interior assistant, a head-up display, a 360-degree camera and memory seats.
Edition 1 cars feature the equipment from Sport grade plus kit including the electric sliding roof, augmented sat-nav, Burmester surround sound system, 20in alloys, smartphone integration and wireless charging.
Edition 1886 gets all the kit from the Edition 1, plus further features including the MBUX interior assistant, driving assistance package, 360-degree camera, memory seats and head-up display.
Prices come in at: £65,640 for Sport; £67,635 for AMG Line; £72,280 for AMG Line Premium; £74,530 for AMG Line Premium Plus; £74,440 for Edition 1; and £79,260 for Edition 1886.
The first deliveries are expected in July.
