Land Rover has released the first official images of the new Range Rover.
The fourth generation of the luxury 4×4 has undergone a major redesign and is sporting narrower features, reminiscent of the smaller Evoque.
The company says the new model will benefit from improved ride and handling, courtesy of to the chassis and suspension.
There has been no mention yet of engines or prices, though a starting P11D in excess of £70,000 and a mix of petrol and diesel V8 engines is expected.
The firm hasn’t released any firm economy or emissions figures, simply saying that the car will be cleaner and more economical than its predecessor, aided by a lighter body structure which shaves 420kg off the outgoing model’s weight.
Prices and further details will be revealed next month prior to the car’s official unveiling at the Paris Motor Show.
