Prestige Fleet Servicing has seen the total number of vehicles its clients manage surpass the million mark thanks to a number of new business wins.

Recent client wins include a vehicle auction house, a breakdown company, a warranty provider and a number of corporate fleets.

In order to cater for the increased demand, the company said it is looking to increase its network of service centres by the end of the year.

The SMR firm – which caters for leasing companies, corporate fleets and SMEs – said it is aiming to run 350 outlets by the end of the year, up from the current total of 305 centres and 230 outlets 15 months ago.

It offers service centre partners within its network a number of benefits including prefernational payment terms, guaranteed fleet servicing business and discounted insurance and oil deals through its partners.

The company’s Unity management system is used by all service centres for diary management, SMR authorisations, work progress management and management information reporting, and the firm claims it can now access more than 130,000 vehicle part prices through it, meaning service centres can order parts more quickly, reducing vehicle downtime.

“This planned expansion is necessary to meet the increased customer demand following our latest series of new client wins, plus the organic growth we have witnessed in recent months which has seen the company grow considerably,” said commercial director, Joe Bhamra. “So, we are looking to recruit high calibre, professionally-run, independent fleet servicing outlets in certain geographical locations around the country to ensure we provide a uniformity and consistency of servicing to our ever-expanding portfolio of fleet clients.”
