Construction company Tara Group has launched a new EV salary sacrifice scheme for its employees, supplied by CBVC Vehicle Management.
The scheme was introduced, following a successful pilot scheme, with a launch event at Tara Group’s headquarters, featuring manufacturer support from Audi, BMW, and Polestar.
Tara Group chief commercial officer Julie Caudle said: “Introducing salary sacrifice is an important addition to the Tara Group employee benefits scheme. We’ve worked with CBVC to build a package that is highly attractive to our team and will help us to continue to attract and retain the very best people.
“CBVC was already a trusted partner, as the team manages our Chasetown Civil Engineering fleet, so we knew we were in expert hands. We’re looking forward to seeing lots of electric vehicles in our car parks in the near future.”
CBVC commercial director Michelle George said: “We’re delighted to build on our relationship with Tara Group through the introduction of EV salary sacrifice.
“The scheme gives the group’s employees a simple and affordable way to drive the latest electric vehicles while delivering savings for the business.
“When it’s implemented well, salary sacrifice can really enhance an employee benefit programme, as well as playing a valuable role in supporting the ESG agenda.”
