Average used car values increased month-on-month in November for the first time in three years, according to Manheim Remarketing.
The marginal rise of 0.6% to £6852 in overall values followed growth of 1.1% in October.
Fleet values rose by 1.7% to £6136 last month while dealer part-exchange prices were up 2% to £2275. Manufacturer sourced stock dipped by 0.8% to £12,090.
However, year-on-year values in November were down 4.4% on average, with age up three months at 51 months and mileage up 4100 miles to 53,500 miles.
In the fleet sector values for medium and large family cars, executives, MPVs and SUVs rose while superminis, small hatchbacks and mini MPVs fell.
