VW Financial Services has enlisted digital product developer 383 Project to improve its customer service.
383 Project will undertake a review of VWFS’s customer experience to find out how it can be streamlined and how the strategy can be made more engaging.
Dan James, marketing director at VWFS, said: “The work we will be doing with 383 will allow us, as a business, to take a step back from our day-to-day work and focus on what means the most to our customers.
