Webfleet has introduced an AI-powered tool designed to help fleets access and act on operational data.
The Fleet Advisor tool is said to allow users to type a question on subjects such as mileage trends, idling times, or fuel consumption, and receive answers with context, suggestions and next-step recommendations.
According to Webfleet, it makes it easier for any member of a fleet team, regardless of technical experience, to manage complex processes, quickly identify risks, and make data-driven decisions.
Webfleet says Fleet Advisor meets European security standards, and complies with GDPR and the AI Act.
Jan Maarten de Vries, president of fleet management solutions at Webfleet’s parent company Bridgestone, said: “With Fleet Advisor, fleet decision-making becomes easier, faster and smarter. It’s a big step toward a future where AI acts as a co-pilot in every fleet operation – and Webfleet is proud to lead the way.”
Fleet Advisor is initially launching in the UK and Ireland, with rollout to further countries planned later this year.
