A new EV charging card has been launched by Zapmap.

The charger mapping service says the card is designed to work in combination with its app, allowing drivers to start a charge with a quick tap at compatible charge points.

The card is available now to Zapmap Premium Annual subscribers, and will be rolled out to all Zapmap users later this summer.

Zapmap’s digital payment network includes more than 40,000 chargers across more than 30 networks.

Zapmap COO and co-founder Melanie Shufflebotham said: “We’re here to help drivers charge with confidence – and the new charging card makes that even easier.

“Whether you’re using your phone or tapping your card, paying with Zapmap fits around your journey.”
