I’ve mentioned this before with other cars, but I don’t understand the logic of keyless start without keyless entry.
You need to remove the key from your pocket to unlock the car, then drop it in the centre console as there’s no traditional ignition to slot it into. That means at best it rattles around in the cupholder, and at worst you forget to take it out when you get home and leave the car unlocked with the key inside. All night. It’s a good job we appear to live in a decent area.
It wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t need the key to unlock the car in a full keyless system, or if there was a slot it had to go into to start the car.
