I’m looking forward to the day when eco badges will no longer be necessary.
Partly because fuel efficiency and low emissions will then have become ‘standard fit’, but also because marketing teams will no longer have to wrestle with various combinations of the words ‘eco’, ‘green’, ‘dynamics’ and ‘efficiency’ before coming up with a logo to bother your car’s backside. Meanwhile, the Kia Optima’s EcoDynamics badge lets the world know I’m trying a bit harder than a Porsche Cayenne Turbo driver due to CO-reducing measures like auto stop/start. At least it’s neat and small.
