Our Fleet Test Drive: Vauxhall Corsa - 3rd Report Update

Date: 15 May 2007   |   Author: John Mahoney

We've recently test driven a Corsavan and it's close run thing as to which vehicle we prefer...

15 MAY 2007
Mileage 3752
Forecast CPM 19.3p
Actual CPM 23.2p

Main Report

Now a well-established part of our lives, the Corsa's simply getting on with doing the business, and what a fine job it's doing.

Expecting it to be city-locked for the duration of its life we've been surprised by how many times it's ventured out on the motorway - a compliment to how good the petite supermini is on the open road.

Despite that, however, consumption has slipped marginally to a still reasonable 37.1mpg, thanks mainly to its urban work. Also, the car is winning more fans, including our editor who's been pleasantly surprised.
