Screen up

Editor's daughter Isey, 2, is as big a fan of the C-class' satnav as the rest of us, though for a different reason.

While we love the fact that it's clear, informative, accurate and easy to use, Isey just loves the way the screen slides seamlessly out of the dashboard when the ignition's started.

It's a nice piece of theatre, and has the little one calling out "telly on Daddy" every time she's slotted into her child seat.

The only problem is the traffic reports aren't accurate. It's not unusual to be on a clear road only for the map to be lined with little red cartoon cars, signifying major hold-ups.
