Reversing lights

Not sure how we ever did without two recent additions to our Legacy estate - rear parking sensors and an auxiliary socket to connect an MP3 player to the stereo.

The first cost £150 and not only gives an audible warning as you back toward an object, but also comes with a small panel fixed to the rear screen pillar (above) that lights green, then orange and finally red as you close on an object. Neat and a lot cheaper than having a scrape..

The auxiliary socket is a nice extra especially if you spend a lot of time on long journeys. It also means there aren't any loose CDs swilling around the car.
