The start point for the best source of fleet information

Mitsubishi Colt 1.5 Ralliart 5dr: Test Drive Review

Key rival: Vauxhall Corsa

Mitsubishi's timing of its Colt facelift couldn't be better. With user-choosers looking to downsize, but not lower kit levels, the high-spec Ralliart could be the way to go for fleet.

In pre-facelift times the Ralliart was badged CZT. Although there's been a change of name the 36.7ppm five-door hatch still has the same 149PS 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine giving an impressive 0-60mph time of 7.6 seconds.

Comfort and handling are on the sporty side - just how it should be - yet the car's stable on the motorway, where the power means there's no struggling up hills either.

At this price (£12,549) nothing with similar power and kit (including cruise, aircon, ESP and alloys) gets close. The only thing that will hamper it in fleet is CO2, which is 1g/km over 160g/km, which is the cut-off for the higher capital allowance band and also a common limit for many fleets that set a CO2 cap.
