As much as I love the XF, I feel let down by our local dealer, Lancaster in Sidcup.
I discovered a crack on the Jag's headlamp that looked like a stress line rather than stone chip and wanted to know if it might be covered under warranty. Lancaster failed to call me back the first time. When I did manage to make a booking, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes at their site before someone had a look, then took some pictures and promised to run them past head office and let me know if it was covered under warranty. That was in early December and I'm still waiting for a response.
