Ride quality is an often over-looked vehicular attribute by those obsessed by handling performance above all else.
Some fleet cars might also happen to be very able around a race track but for most of their lives their reason for being is to act as comfortable and functional transport. I'm happy to report the Sport Tourer really fulfils this latter brief. Its ride is superb, whether in town over different-shaped and sized speed bumps or out of town on variable quality country roads, and better than almost all the estates I've driven recently on UK's uneven and pothole-filled roads.
