The start point for the best source of fleet information

Our Fleet Test Drive: Ford Focus - 8th Report

This is a moan I've highlighted with other cars in the past, most recently our BMW 520d long-termer, but my Focus is another offender.

Keyless start without keyless entry just seems pointless to me. You have to take the key out of your pocket to unlock the car, but then there's nowhere in the dashboard to put it, so you drop it loose in the centre consul and then forget it's there when you park at the end of your journey.

Please carmakers, either fit keyless entry as standard when you offer keyless start, or bung a slot in the dashboard by the start button so you've got somewhere for the key!
