Speedo

With the recent Government discussion surrounding raising the motorway speed limit to 80mph, it's worth mentioning that the Superb's speedo, as it stands, wouldn't suit the change.

The reason is because the measurements move up in 10mph bands up to 80mph, but the next, equally spaced, segment jumps 20mph to 100mph. As, given my eco-driving habits I rarely get to even 70mph, this isn't an issue. However, if the legal limit were raised and you went above 80mph, even accidentally, by what looked like maybe 5mph, it could in fact be 10mph over. Not good.
