Our Fleet Test Drive: Skoda Superb - 2nd report

Dash

The fastest way of getting music onto our Superb stereo's 32GB hard drive (standard on Elegance spec) is to use an SD card.

Fortunately, I have a computer with an SD slot so 'borrowing' my camera's memory card I moved a vast amount of music to the Superb in minutes, and I can now listen to almost my entire collection in the car. The stereo will also read MP3 files from a CD, but you first have to 'burn' the files to a CD, which takes ages, and then it seems to take ages uploading them to the car. I can't help thinking, however, a USB slot would have made the job even easier.
