Mileage

Despite expecting it to some extent, I'm still being blown away by the economy figures our new 3-series is exhibiting. Judging from the early tanks, it's beginning to look like a 60mpg average will be a formality over the next few months, and that's without making an effort beyond switching the car to Eco mode on the four-setting switch.

Driving normally, including plenty of running at normal motorway speed, the trip computer is hovering above the 60mpg marker, so it will be interesting to see just what's achievable when I actually try and make some effort to drive economically.
