Our Fleet Test Drive: Jaguar XF - 8th report

Date: 08 December 2014   |   Author: Tony Rock

For the average punters on the street, the XF estate's exterior appearance divides opinion. Car hobbyists like it, or are at least wowed by the Jaguar badge that may or may not influence their view.

Non-car enthusiasts, though, are less enamoured because they expect a Jag to be distinctive, and often confuse our XF for models sold by mainstream brands. That though perhaps reflects the quality of those designs.

I've opined on this topic before, saying it looks great - though I'm still not a fan of the colour Editor Barker chose. But what I haven't said is that I'm also a fan of the stylish black and chrome interior.
