Our Fleet Test Drive: Peugeot 308 - 10th report

Date: 07 April 2015   |   Author: Guy Bird

I know our 308 is French but the in-house satnav is having real trouble pronouncing loads of roads we've been choosing to travel down lately.

Archway becomes Ark-way, Clapham Common West Side turns into something like Cla-pam Common Whist Side, and roads made up of letters and numbers are muddles of rushed syllables. There's not even
an endearingly French accent to offset the annoyance (or confusion as to where we're going next).

On the fundamental plus side, however, it navigates quite sensibly and lets you enter a full English postcode, unlike some French cars of a few years back.
