I'd like to be able to reel off a load of green literature about our Leon, but unfortunately it's back in Seat's custody awaiting a new key because the original has been 'misplaced' by a colleague - note the empty space in the BusinessCar office car park.
However, since my previous report, Seat has unveiled the Leon Ecomotive - the cleanest and most fuel-efficient version of its lower medium model to date, promising 87g/km and an official 85.6mpg.
Our 99g/km 1.6 diesel SE has been the sweet spot in the range for fleets, but come the end of the year when orders open for the Ecomotive, it will be usurped.
