The start point for the best source of fleet information

Our Fleet Test Drive: Suzuki S-Cross: 7th report

Date: 27 May 2015   |   Author: Tony Rock

Following my dealer visit, Suzuki has contacted me to see if I needed help with getting the hill-hold assist fault rectified. The firm also confirmed that the stop-start is working as it hasn't produced a fault code.

Furthermore, they reaffirmed my suspicion that my phone was partially incompatible with the S-cross's Bluetooth by giving me a website where I could double check - go to suzuki.garmin.com/suzuki/site/compatibleDevices if you're having any similar issues.

I got the message 'Your phone was not tested', plus a list of functions that may not work, such as incoming call and media player control - although on my last trip the car surprised me by automatically finding my phone and receiving a call! Weird.
