The extra seating the Zafira offers came in handy as the car provided transport for a fun trip to see Santa last Christmas at the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, east London.
My family of five, plus my daughter's school friend, were able to get in (adults up front, seven-year olds and baby in the middle, plus four-year old son in the back) as well as a full-size pushchair on top of the unused rearmost seat.
Not only did the kids enjoy the 5D film Santa experience, but three of them fell asleep for the 20-minute drive home again. Magic all round.
