The BusinessCar Award winning Highways Agency has revealed its latest plan for reducing jams on the UK's main roads for 2008 and 2009.
The Highways Agency has drawn up an eight-point plan which includes building on the hard-shoulder running scheme used on the M42 - which scooped the green category in the 2008 BusinessCar Awards - and more queue detection systems with variable message signs.
