BVRLA adds recruitment website

The BVRLA has launched a recruitment website in partnership with Jobco-op following feedback from members.
The job site is available via the BVRLA website and already contains more than 14,000 CVs from automotive professionals due to the tie-up with Jobco-op.
"Whenever we ask members what the BVRLA can do to help their business, recruitment is regularly mentioned," said Nora Leggett, head of member services at the BVRLA.
"Members have been able to advertise jobs on our website for some time, but this new service will give them the ability to recruit in a much faster, easier and more professional way, at a very cost-effective price."
Jobs already on offer cover a wide variety of roles from field sales staff to media and communications.
Jobco-op was founded in 2011 as a dedicated automotive recruitment channel. It has a 'pre-approved' system to allow firms to select the correct candidate easily and quickly.
