Renault UK MD appointed as European sales boss

Renault's UK managing director, Ken Ramirez, has been appointed as the brand's senior vice president for sales and marketing in Europe.
Ramirez joined the Renault-Nissan Alliance in 2002, holding various leadership roles at Nissan in research and development, program management, corporate planning and marketing and sales.
He has been managing director of Renault UK since February 2013 and is a board member on the SMMT, and an advisory counsellor for the French Chamber of Commerce in the UK.
He starts his new role on 1 April.
