Skoda Kodiaqs join North East Ambulance Service fleet

North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) has added 12 Skoda Kodiaq SUVs to its fleet.
The vehicles will be in use around the clock by the service's clinical care management team, which works with operational commanders to handle major incidents.
They have been modified by Skoda to meet NEAS's needs, with LED lights fitted around the front, top, sides and on the rear number plate of the vehicles for maximum visibility, and also installed inside to help the team access equipment quickly and safely at night.
The vehicles' boots have also been modified with a specially-designed compartment for life-saving gear.
