Delegate responsibility for smoking ban

Lex is urging fleet managers to give someone within their own organisations the responsibility of ensuring all company vehicles, including daily rentals, have no-smoking stickers in place.
The leasing giant suggests the move to avoid confusion if a UK-wide ban is introduced.
