Fleet and retail dealer group Camden has re-branded and reorganised under new chief executive Ian Wardle who was previously European boss of Vanguard Rental, which owned National Car Rental and Alamo.
Under the changes the business will be called Camden Group Services. The fleet division will now be called Camden Fleet Solutions and the dealer division will be called Camden Retail.
Wardle bought into the company in September last year supported by Barclays Private Equity.
