Germans ban polluters

Special pollution-sensitive, environmental zones have been set up in Berlin, Hanover and Cologne by the respective city authorities.
Only cars carrying special stickers proving they meet emission standards will be allowed into the zones, which are based in the downtown areas of the cities.
