Simon Elliot has re-joined VW as its new director of commercial vehicles in the UK.
Elliot started his career at VW in a sales and logistics role, but his most recent job was as managing director of Chrysler UK.
He has also held positions at Toyota Lexus GB, including regional general manager and director of fleet operations.
Elliot replaces Robert Hazelwood, who has moved to the role of director at Skoda UK.
In turn, Frederico Goretti has been appointed as managing director of Chrysler UK.
Goretti moves from his position as managing director of Chrysler Italy. He had previously worked in international sales and marketing for a number of manufacturers in Japan and the UK.
