Mycompanyfleet launches customer service software

Mycompanyfleet has launched a new Customer Relationship Management service to enable service industry clients to directly monitor the end customer's satisfaction.

The software module, called YourAcumen, is designed for fleets that directly connect with their customers through a delivery driver. The driver can input feedback to the system through a standard hand-held PDA. It is compatible with most PDA systems, including Windows 5 and 6.

The CRM module is designed to work with Mycompanyfleet's FleetAcumen system, and allows fleets to record customer satisfaction at the point of delivery. It also records digital signatures in order to log delivery times to ensure efficiency.

Mycompanyfleet's business manager, Andrew Leech said: "YourAcumen allows the capture of every aspect of interface with the customer to help assess customer satisfaction, productivity, vehicle utilisation and business efficiency."
