Tracker has appointed Stephen Doran as managing director.
He was formerly director of e-commerce, innovation and commercial marketing for RBS Insurance.
Tracker said the appointment "marks an important step for the business". The company added that Doran "brings a passion for technology and a strong vision of the future of telematics".
He will play a key role in the development of its stolen vehicle recovery and fleet tracking solutions.
Doran said: "No other company has the same capability to merge fleet services, data and SVR solutions together, which means Tracker is unique in providing a truly end-to-end proposition and I will be building on this to take the business forward."
