ACFO assesses salary sacrifice schemes

ACFO is seeking a clear impression of the real popularity of company car salary sacrifice schemes throughout the business sector via an online survey.
The fleet sector organisation's chairman, Julie Jenner, said it was unclear what the "actual impact" of these schemes has been or will be. Both ACFO members and non-members can respond at www.acfo.org.
Jenner added: "There are as yet no clear definitions for market analysis or tax base, so there is no picture of just how far these schemes have changed the market."
ACFO plans to use the findings as part of its submissions to the Government before the 21 March Budget and after its board has reviewed the data.
